I just want to let you guys know how much I LOVE your food. Your soups, stews and curries have become my weekly go-to for flavorful, minimally processed, varied lunch and dinners - packed with greens, veggies, grains, legumes and spices. Never bland, never empty calories. I also LOVE how you season- I have a hard time with american food as usually people just throw a lot of pepper in food, not only because my taste buds are hypersensitive to pepper but also because it is so uncreative to think pepper / chillies are the only spices. I can eat most of your food without going over my capsaicin threshold! Thank you!!!
