I ate at this Arepa Zone and got totally sick. I had horrible diarrhea and they wouldn’t give me my money back. They were very rude when I came back and told them how sick I got from eating here.

I ordered an arepa, and they ordered it in Fairfax, on Google maps it does not appear that there is an arepa zone in Fairfax and when I arrive at the location. From Dc I had to pay for the arepa again, it seems disrespectful to me Don't help me cancel the order, from a place that doesn't appear on Google maps!! The arepas are delicious but I think they should have more organization so that this type of thing doesn't happen!! It does not specify the place in the arepa zone!!
Today, we placed an order that included delivery. However, after more than an hour and a half, I called to inquire about the delivery. Uber showed that the food wasn't ready, but when I called, the representative confirmed that it was ready. They mentioned it wasn't their fault, but I had ordered through the Arepazone website. Regardless, I decided to pick up my food myself. They assured me that they would refund the delivery fee, but so far, I have not received anything.

I ordered food from the Fairfax location thru DoorDash. I arrived at the store to pick up my order and was told that they didn't have the order. The cashier called the D location to see if they had it, and they did. I showed him that the app says I ordered from Fairfax. He said they would refund my money. So I ordered food in house and waited for it. They still have not refunded my money. So I paid $28 for a $14 meal. I will not buy food from them again.

It’s … mid. The food was okay, very hot, took quite awhile to come out. Didn’t really have much flavor tbh and seemed pretty sweet. It was also pricy with small portions. Can’t say I’ll be back or would suggest someone else to come here. Overall, it was okay.
