The food is excellent and represents an authentic oasis for high-quality Latin cuisine. The location and space are also outstanding. However, one aspect detracts from the experience: the volume of the music. It is consistently so loud that it feels more like a street festival than a restaurant, which unfortunately does not convey the best image of Latin culture. When customers ask for the volume to be lowered to a reasonable level, the staff often respond with visible reluctance or irritation.
The restaurant has great potential, but unless the music is adjusted to a more balanced level, the goal of appealing to a broader clientele beyond the Latin community will be difficult to achieve in the long run. I sincerely hope management takes this into consideration, as it would make an already wonderful place truly exceptional.

Haven’t had arepa’s in years and was in DC for business. Saw this spot on Google and was really excited to try it - they delivered.
Excellent, fluffy and flavorful arepa with delicious beef and cheese. Messy of course, but extremely delicious with a garlic crema that was excellent.
Also tried the empanada which was delicious, had an interesting sweetness that I haven’t had before in an empanada.
Will definitely be back to this restaurant for future business trips, highly recommend.
