I’ve never been to this restaurant. I don’t even live in the US. So tell me how am I following your page??? I even see people from very far away countries that are following you.

I loved the site. The portions are abundant. I recommend the pavellon and the arepa stuffed with shredded meat.

Arepa was great! Unfortunately the dish of rice, beans and protein was not to my liking. Rice felt reheated, and chicken lacked flavor. If you get an arepa, I can def recommend!

Cashier was not friendly. Didn't bother to smile or make us feel welcomed. Didn't give us a receipt or advice what our order number was. When I went back to let her know I had no idea what my number was, she looked at me rudely, told the number, walked away and didn't mentioned my food was ready. When I was walking back to my table to continue to wait for my number to be called, she yelled " hey" and pointed that my food was ready. Again not a slightly sign of a smile or a simple thank you for being a customer from her. By time I picked up my food it was cold since it sat there for a while because my number had been called a few minutes ago. Bad impression.

The cashiers make you wait a long time... they serve you until they feel like it and they do it in an arrogant way... the food is delicious but the customer service is super bad 0 ???
