There was a cockroach in my drink, when I reached out to them via chat about it their only response was, “sorry to hear that” 🤦🏻

Arepa Zone should be ashamed of itself. Still a delicious sandwich but it used to be ginormous— at least this location is using 50% less meat.

Just ordered a mixto patacón and it was bland. I ordered an arepa and it tasted old. The malta was warmed. Never buying from this place again

Gluten free and a large serving for a reasonable price! Husband had a chicken with cheese one and I had a shredded beef one. The flavor was nice, but it was surprisingly greasy. The beef one had a pool of grease and was served so hot that I had a hard time holding it. We don't live where these are available, so I am glad I tried it and was able to have a filling meal.

The areas were flavorful and filling, such that 3 of them were enough for a big eater, and my partner. The choices of filling were appealing and I'll return when in the neighborhood again.

Seriously, guys? I was starving and ate anyway, but this is unacceptable. The arepa with cheese and beans was overpriced and offered no value. This is not OK—you need to do better.

My experience at ArepasZone on August 20, 2025 at 6:36 PM was very disappointing. The girl who took my order showed no interest in providing good service, and the guy who was supposed to be preparing the food was standing right in front of her checking his phone as if nothing else mattered. That kind of attitude shows a total lack of respect and professionalism toward the customer.

After reading other reviews before writing this one, I realized I’m not the only one with the same complaint: poor service and lack of professionalism from the staff are a recurring issue here. What’s even more concerning is that it seems the owners don’t take these criticisms seriously, because the problem keeps happening over and over again. With that reality, it’s impossible to recommend this place, and this will be the last time I purchase here.

I’ve never been to this restaurant. I don’t even live in the US. So tell me how am I following your page??? I even see people from very far away countries that are following you.

I loved the site. The portions are abundant. I recommend the pavellon and the arepa stuffed with shredded meat.
