Food - I LOVE drunken noodles. So imagine my disappointment when I took the first bite and bit into soggy, flavorless, and oillly noodles. I shoulda known when the food was done in literally 5 minutes. (The places I usually go take at least 15 minutes to ensure freshness and flavor). I ordered extra spicy and it wasn’t even that; Idk if pepper was even added with how bland this is😭😭. $16 down the drain 😔
Service - I ordered pickup so I don’t know what their service is typically like but I did have to come back inside because no utensils or napkins were placed in the bag and I feel like that’s just common courtesy when packing food?

The only way to describe Arroi Thai is inconsistent. Some days, I wish I could give it 6 stars, and others it doesn’t deserve 1. Dishes are either barely edible with rubbery and flavorless meat, or tender and flavorful - there is no in between.
