Their breakfast buffet was over priced for the quality.
First, the restaurant was freezing cold, very uncomfortable. Second, I ordered the salmon well done, 1/3 of it was nearly raw, didn’t find until I had eaten half way into it. Could not eat. Very disappointing experience overall.
Great staff. Exceptional food. One of the best cuts of prime rib I've ever had and cooked to perfection. Reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend this restaurant. Breakfast was also outstanding.
The customer service was good. The food was good. Food was cooked well done Fast service and I enjoy my time dinning in
Stayed at the Hyatt and indulged in the buffet down stairs, although I loved the food, Christian R. gave amazing service ! He brought us everything we needed and gave us great recommendations on what was good. Not to mention how funny he was, truly kept us entertained all morning and made it a great stay
We arrived at the hotel on March 14th and had dinner and breakfast here every day. Everything had been excellent until tonight, our last night.
I have a 15-year-old teenager, and I knew that the kids’ menu included a hotdog with fries. So, very kindly, they handed him the children’s menu. We were even joking about it when, out of nowhere, the waiter snatched it from his hands and replaced it with the “adult” menu. I was completely caught off guard—I honestly thought he was joking. But when I insisted that my “little boy” wanted to order from the kids’ menu, he responded in a serious and rigid tone, saying it wasn’t allowed, that since he was over 10 years old, the kids’ menu was strictly for younger children—those were the rules.
I have never experience a situation like this, I just have read that kids’ menus may have age restrictions sometimes, but what really bothered me was the way the situation was handled.
Later, I ordered a beer, but since I didn’t have my ID, they refused to serve it to me. That I completely understand and agree with—it’s a logical rule. But the kids’ menu situation? That really annoyed me. For a hotel where everything had been excellent until now, this attitude was truly disappointing.
EDIT: So I did some research, and I think I understand the reasoning behind this rule. I was actually planning to leave my waiter a generous tip—though of course, he didn’t know that. We’ve spent a significant amount of money every night on dinner and breakfast( the hostess, who gave us the kids menu when I ASKED, knew this) , and to be honest, we always leave generous tips. But after what happened—after he took the menu right out of my son’s hands— I ended up leaving only a $2 tip, which was 20% of my son’s dinner.
If he had simply explained the reason behind this rule, I would have been more than happy to pay extra to compensate for the price difference. My son genuinely wanted hot dogs, which are not available on the adult menu, and today he simply didn’t want a bigger portion of food.
This is very overpriced. Service was good and food was ok, but not worth the price.
I had a fantastic dining experience at Article One Restaurant! The service was fast and efficient, and the seating was comfortable, making for a great atmosphere. The tomato coconut soup was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. I highly recommend giving it a try! I do hope they consider adding a grilled cheese to the menu because this soup would pair perfectly with one, though it’s still excellent on its own.
The Turkey BLT was another standout—fresh, hearty, and filling. Overall, a great meal with quality ingredients. I’ll definitely be back!
I had breakfast and lunch here. Food was excellent. Service was great. Timing of food was in sync with expected food prep. Most of the low ratings are from the pandemic era when staffing levels were possibly an issue.
Good place to grab a drink while you wait

Excellent food, large portions, great service, and small, but varied selection of draft beers (they have more in bottles, but I don't look at that menu).
I sat down quite late, and even with Teamsters conference in the building, there were a few spots available at the bar and in the general lobby area.
I never saw the place fill up and you could sit down at any point.
The bean soup was big and delicious and the chicken leg was huge, crispy and nicely complimented by the roasted vegetables and black beans.
Service was offered with smile and speed (there were three bartenders there!), so everything came out quickly.
I know that when we have another event in town, I'll be staying here.

Nice quiet bar lounge to have a drink and a meal. Got the wings and truffle fries. They came out great! Wings are always a risk to order but I was happy with them - large well cooked and the buffalo sauce was tasty and medium hot. Would happily return.

Okay food at quite expensive prices delivered at unacceptable slow rates.
Just hit another restaurant in the area if you want something close while staying in the hotel.
