I can’t say enough wonderful things about As You Are. The people are so kind, the drinks are delicious, the events are plentiful and so fun, and even the food is great. Highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwich if you’re eating!

Not the gay bar refusing to play Reneé Rapp. The DJ played music for themselves. Literally not a single person was dancing but the two people in the DJ booth. Food and drinks were good though.

Any bar that hosts a Survivor premiere party is good in my book! It shows that they are committed to safe spaces for different communities.
Along Barracks Row, as you are is in a larger building with two floors. The top floor is where they have events.
The staff are friendly and often host regular events for the community.
They have food and an extensive drink list.

Cowboy Carter party was not a cowboy Carter party 😔 played like three Beyoncé songs and even had a cover(most dc stuff doesn’t have a cover!) if you advertise an event as something, at least stick to the theme!
