We ordered a pizza and the dough was completely raw. We then called to try and get the order fixed and they promptly hung up on us claiming there was an oven issue. We then called again to get reimbursed and provided them proof in photos and after sending the photos we were ignored.

This place has the best pizza I’ve ever had in DC and I was born here and have eaten everywhere. Ordered through DoorDash and Astor forgot an entire pizza. I didn’t accept the partial order and requested a full order be delivered. DoorDash driver said they would pick it up but Astor refused. Employee at Astor was horrible to work with and very unprofessional.Edit - owner contacted me and explained the person I spoke to was new and that she received further training. The food is great. I will try again.

Warm and courteous staff.. so full points on service!! I wanted lentil soup.. they said they didn't have any soup available.. ordered the spinach pie and kofta kabab platter. Spinach pie was fresh.. but the kabab left much to be desired. The meat was dry and not very tender.. maybe it was just one of those days.. will I go back? Maybe!!
