Bartender was rude…and did I mention 🤢🤢

The WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN DC BEING BLACK ! The bartender woman is condescending, the MANAGER agrees with her nasty attitude and I had NO VOICE against proposed aligations that was mentioned about my issue with the security who ALL that happens to be white carried me so rudely and continued their day !!! I feel bullied unwanted and ignored leaving this place called Atomic Billiards! Wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE don’t matter what skin color you are

Gwendi is the BEST bartender. Music is always spot on (80s/90s rock). There are tons of pool tables available and the membership option is worth it. A GEM in DC.

Could heaven ever be like this…

I will never forget how they made me and my friends leave because of the song choice from the jukebox. The police escorted us out without an explanation. The undertone was obvious however, I love everyone so I ignored it. I will never ever forget how cold and mean they were. Even the other patrons were questioning the police.

i have never felt more unwelcome at an establishment than i have here. It was me and my friends’ first time there and the male bartender with blonde hair was so rude and mean it turned me off to this please completely. i dont know if he was having a bad day or if he just hates his job/life but there is no excuse for treating customers the way he did. it was almost shocking, i’ve never received treatment like that anywhere.

Worst service I’ve experienced. Ever! I couldn’t help but laugh to myself as I played pool about how bewilderingly mean and obnoxious the people here were. It really takes effort to be that rude to a willing customer. There is a slim chance I’ll come back to play pool again.

Had plenty of tables to play pool, as well as shuffleboard and darts offered! Drinks were reasonably priced and bartender was attentive. They prorate your time playing, so you don’t overpay if you decide to leave in the middle of an hour.

Had been there before and had no problem. Went there and they kicked out a close friend because they thought his id was fake (it was not). They would not accept that it was real even after other government IDs were shown.

Bouncer is severely brain damaged. Accused me of having a fake ID despite being of age. Might need to institute an IQ test for all future employees.

Dumb bouncer denied a real ID and was very hostile

Great space for shooting pool on 5 8’ Brunswick tables. Very gay-friendly with leagues Monday and Tuesday. Kind bartenders, fun crowd!

The bartenders, especially the short big brunette, are too focused on their little boy treats and would rather tell paying customers “you can wait” than do their job

Fun place to have a beer and play some pool. Pool table prices by the hour are very reasonable. Good music too.
