Auntie Anne’s is the best Pretzel I’ve ever had in the United States! ! Both the Q degree and the saltiness are great, but the clerk in this store has a very strong accent...I can't even hear what he's saying.

Very nice surprise, the pretzels were very good, we loved it so much that we went back again. They are ultra brioche and hold well. One pretzel is enough. Price approximately $7 per pretzel, fast and friendly service. You cannot eat on site but there are tables with chairs on floor 1 to enjoy it in peace. I highly recommend this address.

I shouldn't have to pay $9 to get more pretzel than salt. There should be more than 2 grains of salt on a pretzel bite. Not an exaggerations in the slightest.

Today Sunday February 25th the guy on the shift was very rude he tried to sell me cold food & when I asked for a refund he caught a attitude and told me I have to wait 3 days to get it that’s not good for business
The prices are already grossly inflated because this location is located in the train station terminal, but to not have ‘small’ sizes and only have ‘large’ available at the highest of prices, that’s wrong. The menu board says small is available, so I should be able to get that when I request it. This is a gimmick.
Wouldn’t sell me a fresh pretzel even though I could see them coming out of the oven.He told me that he had to sell the old ones first.
Ordered a large order for delivery to a work event. None of the dipping sauces were there, about 20 dollars worth. Called to see if I could get it fixed but no answer. Never ordering again.
I mean there’s nothing surprising here. Food stall in a train station = overpriced and lackluster product. A cup of pretzel bites will set you back $9 and they will be cold and stale. Your options for food around Union Station are decidedly limited, but please look elsewhere if at all possible.

Received the all too common DC area customer service experience here. No greeting, no smile, not even a single word uttered by the guy at the counter throughout the entire transaction. Pretzel was fine.
kick rocks!
Wasn’t toasted when I asked to be more toasted they refused twice and gave me cold cheese they were also rude … I’d give no stars if u could
Auntie Anne's is a classic chain in America and one should always stop by and get some of America's best pretzels!!!!
When you’re just craving greasy dough to tide you over while you’re train is delayed, Auntie Anne’s is there! It’s overpriced in the train station, $6 for just an original pretzel. At least you know it’s fresh because you can see them making the pretzels by hand. Sadly the bottom of my pretzel was a little burned. Still, I’ll probably get it again next time I take Amtrak…
