Curry Shrimp
Scrumptious shrimp cooked in a lightly spiced creamy coconut curry sauce. Best served with white rice. Feeds 10-12 people.
Pikliz
Haitian pikliz is a very spicy slaw made with cabbage, carrots, shallots, scotch bonnet peppers pickled in vinegar and lime juice. It is best paired with green plantains & griot (pork nuggets) but goes well with everything. 4 oz
Stewed Oxtail
Succulent bone-in oxtail chunks and carrots in a delicious sweet and savory stew. Feeds 10 people.
Rice & Green Peas
Fried with scallions, garlic and plum tomatoes, our rice and green peas will leave you wanting more. Pan feeds 10-12 people.
Rasta Pasta
Our Rasta Pasta is rich, savory and smooth! It is slow cooked in mild jerk spice, heavy cream, colorful bell peppers & a protein of your choice. Pan feeds 10-12 people.
Pasta Salad
Add some color to your plate and palette with this tasty tri-color rotini pasta salad. Feeds 10 people.
Fish Caribe
Thick and juicy wild caught salmon or cod (depending on availability) marinated and baked in a tomato based & citrus lemon butter sauce. Feeds 10 people.
Stewed Chicken
Our poule en sauce or stewed chicken is rich in flavor and prepared with mixed bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Feeds 10 people.
Jerk Chicken
Add some zing to your life & game day with our finger-licking jerk chicken wings. Feeds 10 people.
Pork Nuggets
Marinated in a spicy & citrus infused blend, these tender pork shoulder nuggets (griot) absorb a lot flavor before they are fried to golden perfection and crunchy goodness. Sauce and pikliz (spicy coleslaw) served on the side. Feeds 10 people.
Legume - Veggie Medley
Our legume is a vegetable medley comprised of chayotes (Mexican squash), cabbage, peas and carrots. The veggies are slow cooked to a soft consistency, then sautéed and seasoned to bring out their delicious flavor. Best served over white rice. Feeds 10 people.
Crispy Snapper
Created with seafood lovers in mind, our crispy snapper is aromatic and denotes the bold flavors of the Caribbean. The dish is topped with carrots, bell peppers and crunchy onions.. Feeds 10 people.
Baked Ziti or Macaroni
This ziti is baked in a four cheeses béchamel sauce forming soft cheese clusters that will melt in your mouth with every bite. Pan feeds 10-12 people.
Black Rice
Black mushroom rice (riz djon-djon) is a traditional Haitian rice dish that is fragrant and flavorsome, often making it the star food item at every party. Pan feeds 10-12 people.
Rice & Beans
If you're a "bean" person, we can assure you, you'll love our hearty, pinto bean rice! It makes a great base or side dish. Pan feeds 10-12 people.
Garden Salad
Fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and purple onions on a bed of greens. Dressing served on the side. Feeds 10 people.
Steamed Cabbage
Enjoy the sweet and mild crunch of our steamed cabbage and carrots. It is a light but filling add-on to any dish. Feeds 10 people.
Fried Plantains
Our green plantains are soaked in salt water before they are fried, making them crunchier on the outside and moist on the inside. Served with sauce on the side. Pan feeds 10-15 people
White Rice
White rice shouldn't be boring; that's why ours is fried with green onions and coined "good rice" by our customers. Pan feeds 15 people.

Avenues of the Caribbean is a top notch caterer which I chose recently for a large Haitian-themed birthday party. I was initially impressed by the well- organized web site.

The owner, Jennifer Paul, worked personally with me over a month to ensure that every delicacy requested by the guest of honor would make it to the buffet table. She even prepared and delivered an “sampling dinner” so we knew what flavors to expect.

I wish I could've tasted the food but ALL the guests we're pretty impressed! I ordered a pretty nice package for my daughter's Quinceañera (15th Birthday) celebration. Everything was as described and the guests we're ABSOLUTELY delighted! Jennifer, was expeditious and offered GREAT communication, as I was coming in from ATL.

My work ordered catering from Avenues of the Caribbean twice over just a few short days, and it was a big hit! Jen helped us create two unique menus for our guests, and everyone enjoyed the meals. And more importantly, they sent JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT of food, and at a GREAT price. Thank you, Jen and AOTC!
