The bagels were mediocre in taste but were super soft. I got a plain breakfast bagel but it was underwhelming. The service was really quick though which I appreciated. They have a great and efficient staff team. I wouldn’t come back for the food but I will come back just because their service is good

Delicious food, it’s just a small area. Would recommend take out instead of dine in.

This people know how to make bagels, I got the cheese bagel and tastes really good I’ll be back tomorrow for breakfast, they have a good variety of flavors and combinations and food is prepared very quickly. Be aware that they don’t accept credit cards only cash.

No frills bagel place in DC... Probably the best we have downtown honestly.

Real bagels. Decent flavor and texture. If I lived closer, I would come more often.

Very disappointing. First, the woman shortchanged me $3 on an order. She charged me $10 and it should have been the daily special at just a little over $7. There was a line with people pushing to get their orders so I didn't want to hold things up to point this out. I should have. But far more disturbing, was how sick I got after eating there. I didn't eat anything else that day so I know it wasn't another place. About 2 hours after I ate there I became extremely sick with very painful stomach issues. You can imagine the rest.

There's no way you can't pay by card in 2024!!!

Yes the bagels are good (that’s my 2 stars) however the two ladies behind the counter are very rude & unpleasant. Abrupt aggressive and unfriendly. Shouting demands to the coffee…..you have to help yourself from flasks. I’m ok to pour my own coffee, but ladies a calm “help yourself to coffee” will suffice. My bagel practically thrown at me…….there’s a rush & a panic & frenzy….it’s 7.30am I’m the only person in the store!!!!! I have plenty of other breakfast options nearby, I’ll go elsewhere next time thanks……

The bagels were delicious. We had straight cream cheese and with bacon. It is a very popular place with lots of busy Washingtonian’s buying breakfast on their way to work. The only mistake we made was ordering a cappuccino. We find the choice of coffee in the States to be pretty dismal we are flat white people and it’s never available but their cappuccino had no coffee flavour at all so the next day we went back to the regular filter coffee.
