I am very picky about my desserts. I've tried a lot more than most people, so I only like the best. I ordered a red velvet cake for my bf's birthday and it is the best red velvet cake we've found locally.The icing was sweet, but not too sweet, and the cake was moist and delicious. I really appreciated that the red velvet wasn't just red plain cake, but actually had a hint of chocolate like red velvet should. The cake to icing ratio was also good.The cake appearance is like a home bakery, so I went in with the expectation of it being like that. In the end taste is king. I will note we had a small snafu with pick-up, but Timmy followed up with communication which I appreciated. It's nothing that would prevent me from trying Timmy's again for some other cakes.
