La Casa Del Grano Fregola Sarda
Thanks to over 50 years of experience, La Casa del Grano is considered the leader in the production of traditional types of Sardinian pasta. Sa fregula Sarda, (Fregola Sarda) a typical Sardinian product, is made by adding water to bran contained in a basket, and moving the hand in a circular motion. Following this process, little quantities of pasta with a spherical shape are obtained; they are sifted and selected in small, medium and large size and finally toasted in the oven where they assume their typical burnish coloring. Ideal for soups, with a marinade sauce, as a side dish, but it's also perfect as a complete meal.
Mancini Rigatoni
Their pasta is produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. They use circular bronze die plates and we dry pasta at temperatures lower than 44°C, taking about 20 hours for short pasta and about 40 hours for long pasta.
Rigatoni have a diameter of 19,2 mm and a length of 45 mm. Their cooking time is between 9 and 11 minutes.
Molino Polenta
The traditional polenta of the Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo is a synonym of tradition and authenticity. Coveted, flowery and white, they perfectly enclose tradition! Ideal accompanied with meat sauces, but do not believe that it is the only way to use corn flour in the kitchen. Excellent in the preparation of aperitifs, but also sweets!

The taggiasca olives used in Frantoio's Ligurian Black Olive Paste (90g) are hand sorted and grown on the Ligurean coast 200-500 meters above sea level. The Black Olive Paste is made using Ligurian Black Stoned Olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Rosemary, Thyme, Balsamic Vinegar, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil for an intense and vivacious flavor. I was pleasantly surprised when they were open when the maps said they would closed! Espresso is good. I was able to stay for a few hours and get some work done. They have solid WiFi available, strong enough for video calls.
