The sushi is excellent, with generous portions and great flavor. I would prefer a more naturally colored ginger, as it was bright pink on this occasion. While slightly pricey, the quality justifies the cost. I ordered takeout so I cannot comment on the atmosphere.

Banana leaves Restaurant absolutely blew me away! everything was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and the service was nothing short of astonishing. My yen server attentive without being intrusive.

Coming from Minnesota to DC for a conference at the Washington Hilton. I have to say, hands down, the best Thai food we've had outside of MN in many years. Both the yellow and green curry and excellent full body flavor. Tom Yum was legit homemade delicious. The pork belly was tender and crisp at the same time. Nice, cozy atmosphere, didn't have enough days /meals to get into their sushi menu, but wish I had because other people around us seemed very impressed with what...
