We had particularly exceptional service from Nisha. She went above and beyond for us and fixed a delay with our food quickly and professionally. Food is always super delicious and the bottomless brunch is a treat!!! The bar is cozy but the outdoor heated patio is lovely too (even in December). Love it!!!

We reserved for 2 o’clock brunch and when they sat us they immediately asked us for our drink order. We had the bottomless and they brought out a bottle of champagne and personal Oj and a pomegranate juice. We had the country fried steak which was good, the hash browns which were surprisingly great and the chicken biscuit which was also so good. But the best part was our server, specifically Nish. She was good to every table around us, jokes with us, fixed food issues quickly, kept the bottomless actually bottomless, and prepared for dinner around us despite answering all our requests. She was so good, 6 tables gave an actual round of applause to her at the end of brunch. Most people embellish on these reviews but she was really something special. She is the reason I will recommend bar Charley Saturday brunch to anyone visiting the DMV.

This is my neighborhood go to. I tell everyone who is new to DC that they must check out Bar Charley. The vibe is artsy and cool, but also warm and cozy. They always have a special running, but the quality of the food is still always high. I come here at least once a month.

Came in on a Sunday , been here a couple times loved the food and bottomless brunch is amazing . But the fact that I sat beside two guys who also DID BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH and server COULD NOT TELL THEY WERE DRUNK . It is ridiculous, server did not cut them off which lead to them throwing up near us . Ruined my experience here and how the server could not cut them off when even I could see they needed to be cut off .

Food was good. Staff were nice apart from one who could not stay composed working under pressure in a busy restaurant and came across quite rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

Fun little cocktail bar and steak restaurant! All we got to eat was the sundae, but it was very good — I might recommend for one person instead of two. The cocktails were refreshing, and the waiter was kind and prompt, especially on a busy night.
