Honestly I didn't try the food we wanted the Pembroke but they closed at 2pm on Sunday. But I can say the espresso martinis thdy have are to die for. Service amazing and nice anesthetic definitely try for drinks.

Nice bar and restaurant with a perfect date night or drinks atmosphere. Ordered the chicken sandwich and was shocked at the portion and taste with the slaw! Delicious. Had a couple of cocktails and Coco perfectly crafted Beautifully balanced cocktails each and every time! Hightly recommend.

First visit was great (espresso martinis were decent). The SECOND showed Doyle’s true colors! I ordered 1 Irish coffee, which was terrible btw. When I signed my receipt I was charged for one drink and when he brought the bill presenter my card wasn’t in there. My card was sitting out in the open by the register for anyone to take! Our waiter was the tall, thin, African American male who acts like he’s too good to serve anyone and also decided it was a good idea to give himself a $20 tip!
I didn’t notice this additional charge until I checked my bank statement and it took 3 months to resolve. Whoever ‘Jhavany’ is, is very deceitful and Doyle has been known to do overcharge it’s patrons considering their other low star ratings despite managerial change. If you want to spend your hard earned money on a drink go somewhere else or just pay in cash.
Side note: prior to filing a claim with my bank, I called Doyle and the hotel but suprisingly no one answered.

Doyle is an elegant, swanky hotel bar that I highly recommend for cocktails, food, and ambiance. My best friend and I did not have a reservation, but bartender Max ensured we had fantastic drinks while we waited for a table. We took in the luxurious surroundings: velvet seating, a mirrored bar, and a mid-century meets Art Deco glam vibe. Once seated, our delightful waitress Liv brought us a delicious cheese plate and an order of truffle fries - so tasty and perfectly crisp! - plus a second round of cocktails. We felt pampered and sated.
After having had a wonderful brunch recently at the hotel restaurant, The Pembroke, I can truly recommend both establishments. Although I'm a DC local, I'm thrilled that I can take advantage of the same hospitality and warmth I experienced when I stayed for nearly two weeks at The Bloomsbury, one of this small, independent boutique hotel chain's London outposts. (This is currently their only hotel in America.)

The espresso martini with the custom white chocolate foam on top is EVERYTHING! I went here for a ladies night and we were not disappointed. The ambiance is perfect for a date night, girls night out or even a dope study spot. The food was amazing, we will definitely be going back.
