I love all aspects of bartaco. The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and coastal. The food offers both traditional and experimental options. The portions are smaller which means you can taste lots of different things on the menu + the prices are fair for the size of the dishes. I recommend trying to sauces too— just delicious. Also the cocktails here are AMAZING and made with fresh fruit.

Walked in, sat at the bar and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Nobody said a word to us, despite seeing us walk in. Nobody offered us anything, so we just left. First and last time we'll try this place. Zero customer service.

Good food experience but rude employee. A woman by the name of Nia just gave horrible customer service. Never acknowledged me helped people in front of me then just walked away. Some I mean ALL corporations need to hold customer service classes when going into a field of service. If someone in THIS economy pays great money for food and good vibes I’m literally expecting that. Coming to a place and not feeling welcomed is top tier disgusting and makes me want to tell my friends and family not to waste time on establishments like that because of their nasty attitude workers. Bad days exist but in the customer service field you have to learn to be professional at all times because things transpire on a daily basis MOST out of your control. Losing your aura while at work is just not a good look and people will not tip and some like me leave bad reviews for the EXPERIENCE they had. Hope this helps bring awareness to Nia so that she doesn’t display rudeness to certain customers.

I wanted to share some feedback from my visit tonight. This place has always been one of my favorite spots, and I truly appreciate the welcoming environment. The manager on duty tonight was great and made a very positive impression when I walked in—super friendly and professional.
However, I had a disappointing interaction with one of the bartenders, the female bartender working around 10:20 PM. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed her being impatient, especially when customers take a moment to decide on their food. Tonight, her demeanor made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. I believe customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience even a little bit of warmth, even if it's faked, goes a long way.
I’m sharing this because I care about this place and hope that all customers continue to feel welcome here.

Man, I love Bartaco in most locations, I think they hire people who get it. The customer service is ALWAYS great and the food never disappoints. Am I sad they let the oyster taco go? Yes. But everytime I come here and get great service I find something else delicious to eat.

Visited twice during my recent trip and had very good experiences. Both were for lunch and I opted for the fixed price menu, which had enough options to keep me happy. The team there were smiling and happy to chat as well as being quick to serve and follow up. Food portions for a non-US appetite were spot on. Good presentation and taste of the dishes I tried.
