The food service was so slow for just a plain cheeseburger. I waited 30 minutes for a plain burger and I could not hear the numbers they were calling out at all.

Their fries are so good. Burgers are solid, and they have a decent gluten free bun which is nice. But the fries. So good.

Didn’t get the burger order correct. Forgot all toppings that were requested. $20 for single burger and fries combo. Shockingly did not include a drink. Burger is fine but not great better than fast food slightly.

Went here on a school trip, food was amazing. As someone who struggle with severe social anxiety, i didn’t have to make any physical conversation with any of the staff, overall solid place to eat.

The soda smelt like sewage and tasted horrible, definitely need to check their machines. The burger was fine, and the chip seasoning was tasty.

Work down here and wanted to eat from this location again on 2/6 at 13:00pm observed bad habits when it came to my observation. My second visit the first visit was me watching and them washing hands and changing gloves when ask or when needed.
As I stood at the machine I notice a worker had on gloves itching his forehead and wiping off the counter with that same greasy disgusting glove.
And as I watch they ask if they could help me I said No. Not only did he kept the same glove on after touching everything in site he took burger buns and put them into the steamer. And got tomatoes and lettuce and pickles on the bun and I know it made my stomach hurt. Will not be going back.
The first time I had to ask if they can change their gloves it’s called contamination. You never know who a customer is. Could be an inspector or something but what I seen him do and the other employee just watch was just nasty.
Wouldn't be going back the ladies seem to be following the policies but that worker used the same glove for all that he touch less not forget the drink he made and was drinking why taking order.
Not one time since I stood there he washed his hands or changed those gloves.
Not going back I have learned my lesson to see this type of behavior and the cost for my health isn’t them not washing hands like it’s a shortage on plastic gloves.
Nevertheless, I stood there for like (30) mins acting like I was going to order food very disappointing customers becareful what and where you are going to eat at make sure you ask them to wash and change gloves especially if they are touching your food with greasy gloves. Period!

It's a LIE!! It says Basic but these burgers are anything but basic. They're Delicious! I liked the ability to fine-tune what I was ordering and while the fries were a little salty with the house coating, they were pretty good.

Purchased an all beef hot dog and it was way to greasy. I can see the grease dripping from the container, disgusting. I couldn't enjoy it.

Bacon double burger: 9/10 The first bite of this burger was full of flavor. I recommend the secret sauce with it. After a car ride home the burger wasn’t much to look at but was great!
About the size of my fist a bit bigger it was a large burger and definitely worth the money for the combo $19 to get the fries and drink included.
4/5 seasoned fries: good but not the star of the show it was crispy and seasoned well.
During lunch I wouldn’t go to this location unless you work in the plaza. Parking was hard to find and $15 for 1 hour if you use the plaza parking.

I work at L' Enfant Plaza and decided to try it because of its proximity. I think the name says it all. It was BASIC!!! The burger was nothing special. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and if it wasn't for the bacon it would not have had any taste at all. The large fries come with a balled up piece of paper in the bottom of the bag, I don't know if that is supposed to make the serving look bigger or what is is for, but the fries came with sea salt but were still very bland. Any other burger place in DC is a better option considering the price paid. Would definitely not go back!!!
