Wow such a great treat! The owner was working the counter and was helpful and friendly and offered samples when we were undecided. One of the freshest waffle cones I believe I've ever had it was amazing! They had a special free waffle cone with 2 or more scoops, great deal!

I was blown away with this Baskin-Robbins today. Not just 31 Flavors but 50 flavors of ice cream a waffle cone freshly-made and it was still warm I loved it.

Classic place to get ice cream that's right next to the Woodley Park metro. Everytime I've been, there's never been a line and the staff has always been really friendly. They also get new flavors all the time, so there's plenty of reason to keep going back.

My milkshake was more like milk with crumbled cookies mixed in (it was supposed to be a cookies & cream shake) while my bf's I've cream come had a full paper wrapper on the inside. Needless to say, we weren't pleased.

On Tuesday evening, April 22, 2019 I left my house at 9:41 PM...According to my directions I would reach the B and R in 10 minutes...I found a parking space pretty much in front...I got out saw that the lights were still on and activity was happening. I walked the steps and found the doors to be locked...through the glass door I mentioned that it wasn't 10pm...I was met by a person yelling, 'Sorreeey..." why a tall young man proceed to open the door to allow two young girls to exit with their purchases...The poor young man seemed to be so embarrassed knowing it was not 10 and good customer service should have allowed me to enter. He actually apologized, quite regretfully as he had to lock the door in my face. While the door was open, I responded with it is 9:52 and you should still be open. I was so perturbed, that I called to see what would happen. A young lady answered with such energy...I mentioned that what she had just done was poor customer service and that I planned on calling the reginal manager in the morning...no reponse...it would have better if she hadn't answered!

We've been to Baskin-Robbins in Woodley a few times now and have had consistently great service and quality ice cream. Louise went above and beyond tonight to accommodate my fiancee who has celiacs disease. We'll definitely be back!
