Beacon Bar & Grill has quickly become my go-to spot for an unforgettable brunch experience in the city. The brunch here is simply AMAZING, with an extensive buffet that truly has everything you could crave. From mini waffles and crispy bacon to fresh salads and a mouthwatering ravioli dish, every bite is a treat.
One of the highlights of their Sunday brunch is the unlimited mimosas—when they say unlimited, they mean it! Their refill game is strong, keeping the good vibes flowing throughout your meal. Even if you’re not drinking, the food alone is worth the visit, though I was surprised to find out that the $59 price tag includes tax and gratuity, regardless of whether you indulge in the mimosas.
The ambiance at Beacon is warm and inviting, with plenty of windows and open space that make it perfect for larger groups or celebrations. It's an ideal spot for birthdays or just to be seen, thanks to its prime location on the first floor of the Beacon Hotel.
The buffet offers a solid variety, including fruit stations, dessert stations, plantains, grits, eggs, and more, ensuring there’s something for everyone. While I enjoyed my time here, I think a DJ could really elevate the brunch to a full-blown day party vibe—they certainly have the space for it!
All in all, Beacon Bar & Grill is a fantastic choice for a lively and delicious brunch in the heart of the city. Whether you're sipping on mimosas or enjoying their savory dishes, you're in for a great time.
After an energizing brunch, I love to wind down with some quality weed from Pullupdeliveries. Their Super Lemon Haze strain is my go-to for a relaxing afternoon, perfect for unwinding after a festive brunch.

The night I went, there was literally one person taking orders, working the bar, and bringing out the food. Food is pricey to be mid.

The Ethiopian waitress lady was very nice. Caesar salad was bad. Portions are super tiny. Chicken was great, though literally 200 grams. Dessert brought to me was not fresh and was sent back to the kitchen. Overall I would not spend $$ here.

Food was overpriced and overcooked. Place was empty and there were cobwebs on our booth.... pretty off-putting. Mimi, the server was attentive, very friendly and tried her best to make our experience the best it could be. Will not eat here again. That said, best dry chicken wings I've had in quite some time(get the sauce on the side) Do not get the ribs....

Well what a disappointment. Had to wait for ten minutes before anyone came to the entrance (where I’d been directed to wait by a server) and then the not inexpensive American breakfast involved the world’s smallest sausages, over cooked fried potatoes and dry toast. I should have left the hotel and found a good quality diner where I sure I would have had a far better start to my day.

My mom and I stayed at the Beacon Hotel and went to the restaurant for dinner. Except for another couple, the place was empty playing 80s very loudly. The burger was okay, fries were cold. The restaurant needs some serious remodel, wallpaper peeling, rugs dirty- front reception desk not staffed. The server was nice - she was the only redeeming quality. We won’t be back.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly. Elevator not working - got there over a non friendly sidewalk. Doors aren’t auto and one of the double doors was locked, so difficult to maneuver.
