Came here Friday around 5:15 for what staff called “kindergarten hour” and it was excellent. They were great with my toddler (and all the kiddos there at the time!), food was good and fast, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this spot to families. Lots of vegetarian options too!

Not surprising anyone, Beau Thai is a neighborhood gem, that not only makes wonderful food, but does so with kindness and community. For our latest celebration there, we held our rehearsal dinner at their Mt. Pleasant location, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was beyond generous and understanding (we had five children under the age of five). The children received custom-made coloring pages to celebrate our wedding, which were almost as big a hit as the Beau Thai Chicken. The team at Beau Thai made us feel special, even during busy Friday service, and that's why they were the only place we considered for our rehearsal dinner. Here’s to many more celebrations – big and small– at our local.

Ordered through their website to try to directly support the restaurant. They route you through doordash anyway. They forgot part of the order so then I also had to go through doordash for support. Restaurants should be more careful about double-checking drinks and side items are included in delivery orders. It's disappointing and frustrating. Food is a bit bland.

Beau Thai chicken is my death row meal. favorite food in the world. I recently moved away and not having Beau Thai access makes me depressed multiple times a day.

Incredible food along with a fully stocked bar. The atmosphere is a tad bare but the food will keep you totally engaged. Reasonable prices as well

I go here because it’s in the neighborhood and convenient - it’s not bad, but it’s not great, and is on the expensive side. I do appreciate that they let me bring my dog in to pick up food and sometimes give her treats.
The chicken satay, crispy tilapia and the chicken Ka pao was absolutely spot on. But the spicy seafood fried rice could have been better.
As the mango sticky rice was out of stock :( we ordered the coconut ice cream and did not at all like the experiment with ice cream on top of a hot dog bun! Would not recommend this dessert.
All in all it was a good experience! And I will definitely be back for the crispy tilapia!

So, my neighborhood spot let me down this evening. I had the chicken pad see ew and noticed a really small amount of broccoli. I asked for more and the kitchen said it would be an up charge. Picture taken and everything. I was broccoli blocked, as I am not gonna pay a second time for the broccoli I am already paying for. I sigh as I have been here from the beginning……
Please do better.
I always stop in to get the chicken pad Thai whenever I am visiting my family in the neighborhood. It is consistently delicious! Friendly staff and great atmosphere.
We live in the neighborhood and like to support local restaurants. But I've had two bad meals here.
Once, my curry included potatoes that were undercooked.
Tonight, I ordered the shrimp in garlic sauce. For a house specialty, both the presentation (shrimp and asparagus on a plate of soggy lettuce with an odd side of rice) plus the overall size of the entree left a lot to be desired.
Despite living around the corner, we may not return here again.

Wow. This post is not about their food. I placed an order via UberEats and the restaurant sent me the wrong order. I called to let them know that it had happened and the person who answered the phone was beyond rude. He told me basically that it wasn't his problem. I asked him if they were the ones who gave the Uber driver the wrong order, he said yes. Then, in a very aggressive tone, he continued to tell me that it is my own problem to fix. I am highly disappointed with this sort of service. Maybe, the man was having a hard day - I get it. Nonetheless, it was rude.

A stellar neighborhood joint. Amazing service (the only place in the neighborhood where we can bring kids + babies without a hesitation). Staff is always very kind and hospitable.
