The chicken satay, crispy tilapia and the chicken Ka pao was absolutely spot on. But the spicy seafood fried rice could have been better.

As the mango sticky rice was out of stock :( we ordered the coconut ice cream and did not at all like the experiment with ice cream on top of a hot dog bun! Would not recommend this dessert.

All in all it was a good experience! And I will definitely be back for the crispy tilapia!

So, my neighborhood spot let me down this evening. I had the chicken pad see ew and noticed a really small amount of broccoli. I asked for more and the kitchen said it would be an up charge. Picture taken and everything. I was broccoli blocked, as I am not gonna pay a second time for the broccoli I am already paying for. I sigh as I have been here from the beginning……

I’ve been a long-time fan of the Beau Thai location in Shaw, and their Mount Pleasant outpost is just as delightful. I visited this location for a Thursday night dinner with a few friends, and we had a wonderful time. There were quite a few other parties there, but the space is quite large so it didn’t feel overly crowded or loud.
