Came with my husband over the weekend (Sun 06/02 at 8:30 pm) to grab Bobba Tea. We were so disappointed by the customer service. The lady was Asian and she was super rude. Shouting while taking the order not explaining well and ended up telling us go to and other from the machine. When we asked why is acting like this and she felt she was gonna be in trouble she offered us a free drink and this is not what we need. We looked at her like are you serious and left the store. Never go back to this store again ??
