I've never had a more outstanding experience anywhere in the world. The maître D was outstanding and made sure our evening celebration went off without a hitch. Complementary Prosecco and a surprise sunset dessert on the rooftop, where the perfect beginning and end to a beautiful evening. The food was outstanding!
Service and hospitality were impeccable... however the quality of the components of high tea were subpar. Tea was good... food was directly off the distribution truck and thawed. I appreciate the complimentary champagne and endless refills, but the mass produced bites were enough to discourage me from attending again
Excellent service at this historic venue. We felt welcomed and appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was not worthy of the service or pricing. My eggs were not cooked as requested and -despite our server inquiring about allergies - food I am allergic to made up a large portion of the plate.
