Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Went for lunch on 3/5/2020. Sat in the upper level bar area. The place was empty when I arrived, but a few minutes later got slammed with a busload of teenagers who walked the steps to the lower level. The bartender/server took 12 minutes to bring my iced tea. It took over 40 minutes to get my food. A almost left, since I had to get back to work. However, management seemed to realize that the kitchen could not handle the busload of people, since everybody in the bar area was complaining. Thus, my meal and I think most people's in the bar area was comped (aka free). The comp made up for the long meal wait and redeemed the restaurant. My pizza was smaller than usual and the rolls did not come with the olive oil condiment, and my iced tea was not refilled, so I knocked off a star.

The staff were incredibly nice to our group and could not do enough for us. Gluten free and vegan abailable!

We got drinks and did not get refills for 29 minutes we asked for other things it never came. Service was very poor. The food was good but service never came back until we waved them down.

Bertucci’s is awesome! The new staff is friendly and has super fast service! Definitely order the cookie sundae, trust me you won’t regret it!

This service is really bad. We have not had are drinks filled and we’ve been waiting for 20 minuets. We wanted pizza and they never came back. The waiters are so unhappy. But great food:)

Aladdin is the best waiter! I had the fettuccine Alfredo and it was honestly so delicious! I’ll be back again:)

The employee Tyshae is a great bartender. I always enjoy my food here my wings be great and I enjoy trying new foods on the menu. My waiter/bartender is always excellent when I come to Bertucci’s she always keeps me laughing and enjoying my time.

Best place for drinks and something to eat set up at the bar with the bartender she was super cool had a nice conversation with her ended up going for just one drink and ended up staying and having 3 more and some of those grilled wings that was good as hell definitely be back really soon. We were there for lunch. The bread served was really good. We ordered salad and past, it was good, nothing special.

We live in the area and have been here before, because of the gluten-free pizza option. So we came again, along with an out-of-town visitor. Our server questioned us as to how pizza can be gluten-free, when it is 'pizza'. Someone else eventually came over and confirmed that we can order gluten-free pizza. We ordered beer and were told that they had run out of our specific beer - only to later discover that they did have more of the specific beer. 2 of the 3 entrees arrived and stayed on the table for 10 minutes before the 3rd entree arrived. And the 3rd entree, a pizza, was missing its cheese. Which meant we had to wait even longer before we could eat. One would think the beers would have been on-the-house -- but that did not happen. I understand that mistakes happen and that new staff may not be properly trained. But this was a bad experience on every front. The restaurant should have made it better by offering us something as a way to apologize. We live in the neighborhood and are disappointed that we had this bad experience.

Our bartender Tyshae was very patient and took care of our request promptly. Always smiled,courteous and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Bertucci's gets a bad rep, but it's good for what it is. Took some friends from out of town there and it's a decent chain option. Waitress was timely with drinks (Rose I think her name was?). Locations in the center of town are usually a nightmare when the bill comes, but everything was affordable all things considered.

better good and better service. servers do not see to customers needs.
