Whos the manager for this location? 8 employees in the building and its still slow service. On top of everything they didnt add the correct items to my sandwich. I cant go back to fix it. Due to being at my own store and i can not leave back out. If i can speak to a manager and get my correct order I would appreciate it. Its a great sandwhich just wish they would have made it correctly. Your staff might have a language barrier. Please make sure your staff can understand what they are making. It’s disappointing I wont be coming back

Got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, with a hash brown and strawberry lemonade. The hash brown was terrible. It was thin and dry. The sandwich was pretty average, tbh. The bagel was soft so that was cool. It was cheaper than I expected, so I guess thts cool.

Bethesda Bagel made a solid Rueben on an Everything bagel. Price was ok at 10.50$ for the Navy Yard area, but the bagel was pretty big.

Be sure to check your order before leaving; I didn’t check my bagel this morning and there’s a ton of bacon on it and I had to throw out the whole thing (I can’t eat pork).

Loved this bagel shop! We stayed 3 nights in the Navy Yard and it was a short walk from our hotel. We visited two of our three mornings, they have lots of bagel and cream cheese flavor options and everything we tried was excellent. Online ordering also quick and easy. Wish we could go back and try more varieties!
The food was amazing! Each location that I’ve gone too I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve demolished my bagel but I purchased the veggie bagel (lunch special) and modified it to lettuce; tomato; onion; avocado; cucumbers and extra hummus on an onion bagel. It was super delicious and the portion size is huge. I highly recommend. The only issue I had was the pickup line wasn’t clear and the person might have been totally smacked and said they couldn’t find my order but it was there the whole time they didn’t bother moving the other bags to check

I’ve been to the Navy Yard location of Bethesda bagels twice now and both times were great. We ordered a bunch of bagels and coffee for a meeting - everything was included and correct as well as on time for pick up. The whole thing came in two bags which was great for transporting back to the office. I then went back for a breakfast sandwich a couple weeks later. So many options for their sandwiches! Fantastic. The staff were efficient but still friendly both times. They seem busy during the weekdays, but the wait wasn’t long when I ordered there. Maybe 5ish minutes ? They manage the pickup and in-store orders well. No inside seating. They also carry Coke products for anyone who avoids Pepsi (like me 😄)

Very friendly and helpful staff! Met the owner and he was so kind and welcoming! He was actually in the line slicing bagels with his team on that busy day! Great teamwork from the entire staff to make sure it was a minimal wait time on this particularly crowded morning. Bagel was delicious too!
