This place has gone majorly down hill over the years. You shouldn’t have to wait 20 min for a double toasted bagel with cream cheese to have it come out stone cold. This is the 3rd attempt in 3 months to see if they’ve improved - but alas, they have not. I’ll be sticking with Call your Mother from now on. I suggest y’all do the same.

Went there two mornings in a row during our recent stay in the Navy Yard. Both times waited more than 20 minutes for our order after placing it, and the second morning our order was completely messed up (I’ve asked for a refund and am waiting a response). All that said, the bagels are great and when you get a sandwich it’s usually delicious.

Horrible customer service. I’ve never gotta a correct order from this place.
Most recently, half of my order was missing and they told me to take it up with UberEats. Uber isn’t the one who forgot to put the order in the bag.
They offered no help - other than to come pick up the missing items myself.
The bagels are sub at best anyways. Good luck Bethesda Bagels.

Got the peppered salmon and cream cheese bagel. Generous serving size.
Got the avocado blt. Bread was a little hard, flavor great. Bagel did not fall apart while eating it.
The workers need to be sanitary they're back there fixing sandwiches coming up front handing out orders wiping their gloves on their apron not changing out new gloves
