I had the hen and it came with brussel sprouts and they were so salty I could not eat them. I told the waitress and all she said was that she'd tell the chef but nothing was done to remediate the salty food in front of me. I have been at this place 3 times and unfortunately I think that last time was my last.

If you have not been to Beuchert's yet, please do yourself a favor and stop reading this review and book your reservation. I promise you, you will thank me later. THIS IS MY ABSOLUTE FAV RESTAURANT IN DC. Made reservations for dinner a couple of weekends ago and we were so glad to have found this spot! We decided to share some plates in order to be able to try a couple of their dishes. To start, we tried the bison tartare, roasted bone marrow, and the little neck clams pozole....

Had drinks at Beuchart’s and loved the vibe. Midwestern aesthetic and an amazing staff & drinks. Definitely a spot to bring friends to and major potential to make it the “neighborhood” bar! Coming back more often!
