This is a Korean-style version of Chipotle (burrito bowl).
Koreans, if you come to DC, don't hesitate and go here.
You can choose rice, japchae, vegetables, red pepper paste seasoning, and meat, and soybean paste soup is also provided. It's very delicious and well-balanced with nutrients, so it's nice.
This is an update on 10/30/2023.
Along with the price increase, the size of the bowls has become smaller than before and the variety of ingredients has decreased, and in conclusion, today will likely be my last visit.
Reduced from 4 stars to 2 stars.
It’s not my first time to be here, most time it’s affordable and worth the prices. Until today, the sides are missing a lot compared with my order and there is a bug in the bowl.

I saw many YouTubers talking about this place so as a Korean American, I thought I’d try it. Bottom line: truly disappointing. Foods are way too salty as my wife and I couldn’t even finish a small bowl. One of the staffs couldn’t even understand what I was trying to order. Hopefully they will fix this but don’t think we’re coming back.

Overall, this is very tasty, fast casual, Korean food with delicious flavors. I love the noodles. Everything is gluten free, which is great. The only downside is that the beef is usually tough and stringy

Really liked the concept of healthy and delicious Korean food made express style. Servers are friendly and place is very clean. Food also tasted relatively authentic for an express place.

Omg. Heaven on earth. I love this place. Its so good. I love how everytime I come, all the food is fresh, especially the avocado! 10/10. However, I do recommend coming maybe 1-2 times a month, or else you’ll get tired of it, but of course thats with any food you eat lol. Thank u bibibop

If you’re looking for a great lunch spot then this is it. I recommend ordering the signature poke bowl, you won’t be disappointed. Super fresh ingredients. Also, ordered a Korean iced coffee that had great flavor.

I was eating in this restaurant and the bathroom was always locked. They didn’t even provide a code in the receipt. They just don’t want customers to use their bathroom …

Bad experience here. I paid for a meal with “unlimited toppings” but they just put what they wanted on it and didn’t ask me what I wanted. I wouldn’t go before 2pm when they are apparently too busy to take orders correctly. Naim, next door, is much better.
Really enjoy Bibibop but lately I’ve noticed they started weighing the food and really limiting the amount of toppings in your bowl. This is very unfortunate. Ended up with a bowl of noodles and rice with a tiny sampling of all the toppings ?. I’ll still eat bibibop just not at this location.

I ordered a small bowl of rice, spicy chicken, and everything you see in the picture with sesame ginger as sauce. The best part about this restaurant is that it’s vegetarian-friendly, and you get free miso soup. Additional points for the generous portions they serve and the amazing service.
