The food here is great, but there’s a consistent issue with the fish sub. Every time I order it and request cheese, it’s never added. I even tried ordering in person to rule out an online ordering glitch, but the result was the same—no cheese. They’ll honor every other request without issue, but for some reason, cheese on the fish sub just doesn’t happen. Not sure what the disconnect is, but it’s disappointing given how good the food is otherwise.
I grew up a customer of big China since they opened and always satisfied but today I ordered chicken wings with French fries but was given fried rice instead. I'm not a happy camper with the service today
The soup is amazing!! The soup does have a hint of lemon flavor, with orzo rice, chunks of chicken, carrots, and other vegetables in it. The pork chop meal is really good, especially when Ms. Karimi submits my special request!! The orzo rice is extremely soft, very good, and flavorful.
