If you enjoy live music and wine, check this spot out. Service: At the time of this visit, there was only one bartender and one cook servicing all patrons- could use another bar tender. Ambiance: small wine bar with seating at the bar, maybe 3 tables indoors, and few tables outdoors. Most days there is DJ or a band playing live jazz music. Establishment opens in the evenings during the week and at noon on the weekends. Location: located on U St in Washington, DC which is a busy street in which many tourists frequent. Limited parking spots in the area. Value: typical D.C prices $12+ per drink

Love the vibe of this place. Great music and atmosphere. But the customer service is AWFUL and the drinks are not worth price for what you get. I ordered a cocktail and ended up paying like $15.00 after taxes and fees. The pour was not strong and the glass was tiny. So I switched over to a glass of wine. Again, ended up paying like $15.00 after taxes and fees. The pour wasn't even half of the glass. For $15 I need my wine glass to AT LEAST be half full. AT LEAST!! Not sure that this place will be on my list again.

great vibe on a monday with live music. didnt even know about this place but chose them to enjoy after movie on the lawn. they have specials on each day and different bands come out each night bringing the vibe. only tried their beef patty && it was dry && not enough meat for my liking but i will be back!
