We came for a birthday brunch, and had the best foods and time there. The foods came out pretty fast. All the dishes that we selected were delicious 😋, and so we're the desserts. The restaurant chain customer relation manager was at the restaurant today, came to greet us. He also gave coupon for a free appetizer at our next visit. Our waitress was attentive. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends and families as well as come here again ourselves 🙂

This location is closed for renovation. Open Table and other booking systems are still open, please don’t be surprised if you turn up and no food is served. My previous visits have been with great food.

Perfect place for a long layover. The French onion soup was perfect. Very friendly bartenders and host! We looked like hell, but they seated us and our bags all the same. The hospitality was greatly appreciated

Service was not very friendly, very slow, and didn’t seem to care that they make your drinks wrong. All in all we still had a great time laughing and talking.

Amazing food, posh decor, and the friendliest staff. Cappuccino was perfect and the French toast is a can't-miss breakfast treat!

I experienced discriminatory behavior from another customer who blocked access to the restroom and acted disrespectfully toward me. When I reported it, management told me security would not intervene unless there was a physical altercation. I felt unsafe and unsupported. We left immediately.

Dinner with a colleague as we're staying in the Royal Sonesta hotel. Excellent service, delicious food, great bistro atmosphere. Wine by the glass is overpriced though.

I was looking for a non-traditional lunch and decide to walk across the street to Bistro Du Jour, a French-inspired restaurant from KNEAD Hospitality + Design and nestled inside the Royal Sonesta Hotel. The lunch menu runs from 11:30am to 4pm on the weekdays. The Fromage platter was an inviting starter and the Salade Verte was filling though it’s considered an appetizer.

Our waitress would forget about us for so long and had no real table manners. We would be left with our dirty plates for a long time in our small table. The food portion for the filet mignon (for a 60$ price) was unacceptable, it said it had caramelized onions and I counted exactly 5 small rings of caramelized onions (they even looked like shallots). Service was really not good after we were greeted by the host (that was great, the only great thing I'd say). Our appetizer arrived cold and after our main plates arrived. We ordered an orange crepe for dessert that had more alcohol that dessert, not enjoyable at all. Honestly, everything was a mess except from the drinks we ordered. I'm really sad about the experience as I was hoping for a nice evening with my partner for Valentines. Our bill was $200+ but it felt like we were eating from a street vendor. The decoration is very cute at least. Very disappointed :(. Oh and last thing that was just so funny to me, after waiting for 10 minutes after we finished out main plates, our waitress finally appears and she goes like (are you still working on it?). Mind you the plate is empty, CLEAN. Again, for the price tag I paid, I expected exceptional service. Sorry.

We had our Valentine's day lunch at the Bistro Du Jour and the whole experience was fantastic. The food was delicious with abundant fresh herbs and excellent presentation. For starters we had the escargot and the tarte flambée, then we had the steak frites (should have just ordered one and shared as it was too much for us). Giorgio was enchanting and after talking with us for a bit (and complimenting our attires and attention to details) he even gifted us each a glass of sparkling wine to make our lunch a memorable event. Merci beaucoup monsieur!

Came here for the happy hour, stayed for the ambiance and vibe. Really chill upscale place to unwind and enjoy a drink or four with anyone. The mixologist were on point and allowed me to add my influence.

Great lunch in a quiet, very gorgeous atmosphere. The vibe is serene. The floor tile work is amazing! 🩷🤍🩶💚🖤 Food is terrific. We both ordered the salmon with ratatouille. Perfection! I had the entree only. My dining partner had the express version (includes fries and dessert). Can't go wrong either way!
