Happy to have enjoyed restaurant week - food was delicious, excellent value, lovely atmosphere. Typically vibrant scene was rather quiet for a Friday evening in G'town, so please get out and support our local businesses!
Good value for money. Even though the bright yellow facade of the place gave a warning feeling, and frankly speaking I hesitated to enter the restaurant for a few minutes, the dinner itself met our expectations. Our host was very friendly, efficient, accurate. We started with escargot, then had an onion soup (which was a bit disappointing). For the main dish my son had a duck confit with very nicely done fine home fries and salad. I opted for kidney in mustard sauce with mashed...
Friday night during Restaurant Week, so the dining room was packed and the noise level higher than normal. The special menu offered plenty of options, the kitchen kept up, the food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service despite the onslaught of diners. Great meal and great value.
