I’m From out of town and was looking for a nice spot without any issues or problems with a nice atmosphere and vibe. I walked around and came across this spot.
The bar was clean, the Dj was playing some good music, the bar tender was very nice and we had some good conversations about his past job and how he started bar tending. He also made me a damn good old fashioned and …… hey, what more can you ask for. Thanks, I will be back and will have to bring the wife to try the drinks.

Stumbled in here on my stay for Labor Day weekend picked a random bar coming from NC with no knowledge of the bar the doormen were friendly and welcoming but that must have been a front because soon as we got inside we immediately felt we were in a party that we weren’t invited to the bar tender bearded black guy was extremely rude and unwelcoming he automatically closed my tab out after I ordered my drink without even asking then asked the white male queer beside me did he want to keep his tab open I then mentioned this to him “like hey you didn’t ask me you closed my tab “ he responded you’re in my service area no apology or anything just unwarranted rudeness my partner then realized we were the only women in the bar I never knew that mattered or cared but obviously it does. It’s sad that they were eager to service white male clearly queer individuals but went out of his way to be rude as if money doesn’t spend the same . The drink sucked on top of that . Will never return which is probably preferred.

The black man there wasn’t female friendly at all! Either of the men honestly . Maybe we missed the memo He closed my girlfriend‘s tab out without even asking but ask the other guy, if you wanted his tab close and even was smart very weird and uncomfortable feeling.

Server “Jack N” is so rude it’s insane. Asked him for a drink and he proceeded to scream at my friends and I saying “don’t talk to me if I’m not looking at you.” Horrible service.
Very cozy, and love the DJ’s playlists. Can get super crowded.
