The service was great and the food was very good. The only downside for me, personally, was the Brussel Sprouts and that is ONLY because they were loaded with way too much garlic. I had the bacon-wrapped meatloaf and it was juicy and the temperature was spot-on. Great atmosphere in this place!

Found this by surprise for happy hour. Was beyond impressed and left happy.
My wife and I came here about 2 years ago on a weekend trip. The burger was so good. I don't think you can describe a burger as fall off the bone (because there are no bones obviously) but that's how I would describe it. It was extremely tender and juicy. It's been 2 years and I still think about that burger lol
The wife got (buffalo?) mac and cheese, maybe it was BBQ I can't remember but that was pretty good as well.
On the off chance we every goto DC again we will definitely be coming back

Blackfinn DC is such a fun spot—perfect for happy hour, game day, or just a lively night out with friends. It’s got that energetic, sports bar vibe but with a bit more polish than your typical bar scene. Big TVs, great music, and a crowd that’s always ready for a good time!
The drinks were strong and reasonably priced (especially during happy hour), and the cocktail list had some fun options. I went with a classic margarita and wasn’t disappointed. We ordered a few apps to share—the wings were crispy and flavorful, and the loaded tots were definitely a crowd-pleaser.
