I’m a sucker for anything banana bread flavored so the banana bread matcha was definitely the choice for me! It’s a seasonal flavor. The matcha seems to be higher quality. Overall very tastey!!! The lady taking my order was extremely friendly, asked for my name, and then talked to me like a friend! That was pleasant.
My go-to spot while I’m at work. All of their matcha flavors are so good, and I also love how they do seasonal flavors! Though busy during most hours of the day, when it isn’t jammed pack, Blank Street functions as a great workspace as well! The staff are always super nice despite the rush of customers and orders are always made with great care. They also don’t charge extra for milk substitutes!!!
Still some work to do; service has been moving quicker but the staff needs to work on crowd control and connecting with their regular customer basis. Don’t appreciate a staff member that serves me at least 3 times a week referring to me with another customers name. I really think their training needs to be more customer driven, the seniored staff never give any issues and are always quick/attentive.
