Blue Bottle Coffee

Blue bottle has become a joke. They pretend to know the difference between different coffee beverages but just always end up giving you a latte. Also the beans are awful.

The employees here are kind of rude they're not genuinely nice or hospitable.. they don't smile they don't acknowledge customer service communications... I find the establishment
Negative I think the only real reason why they get good business is because people don't live here they're tourists... This is not the best coffee in Washington DC at all not by Longshot...
I asked the lady what the cheapest coffee was and she ridiculed me and patronized me in front of all of her employees... She embarrassed me..
These people are not nice at all.. I wouldn't pay for their coffee if it was free.. then she said Oh you mean the question was how much is our coffee... And she said it was okay that's how much tourist pay because they're not from here.... There's a Starbucks right down the hallway and they only charge $3 for there coffee.
And the employees are a little bit nicer than these employees... Honestly I don't recommend this coffee shop at all.. why ruin your day with people that are not happy working for an establishment that's suppose to Care about there Customers...Rsther Than start your day negatively when you can just stay positive..... I urge you guys to avoid this coffee shop 100% and go to the Starbucks or too, "Ebenezers", or MC Donald's... they're so much more nicer and friendlier... and they are better communicators... And the coffee is so much better......

Staff truly rude. And can’t make cappuccino to save their life.

Ordered a dry cappuccino. Got a latte. Asked for the cappuccino I had ordered and got badly told by the barista that they microfoam and do not make dry cappuccino. The two baristas then proceeded to ridicule me among themselves and making disparaging comments when asked to make something else. Completely rude and bullying behavior.

Location is a huge plus for this Blue Bottle. At one point, it was one of the few coffee shops inside Union Station.

My favorite coffee in DC. But doing this to your croissants (smooshing them flat)? Guys, this is a disgrace and just simply sad.
