The food at the Blue Duck is exquisite - flavorful and beautifully presented. There is a tea menu with a wide selection of different types of teas and caffeine levels. The service is attentive. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The food was incredible. Both seafood dishes were succulent and tender; the side dishes and drinks were excellent. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for special occasions -- the price is too high for routine dinners.

Brunch was excellent. Service was excellent. Why can't every server be like this? Omelettes superb!! Gluten-free bread jam and warm butter. Yes warm butter easily spread. Potatoes yummy. Paris tea brand OMG amazing!! Coffee great. Ambience quiet and calm and meditative. Run do not wall!!.

We left and thankfully got an emergency reservation nearby. We walked in and were initially seated between 3 dirty tables, food and dishes still left grossly on the tables. They said it's because workers were on break. The next table had a scantily clad gym attire guest breastfeeding in full full full viiew. We should have better privacy and seating arrangements for all. We were in birthday best Sunday dresses and suits. Everyone else dining was in sweats and leggings. Then workers were taking down the decorations and Christmas tree. Not a celebratory ambience or customer service worthy of our event and money.

The grits are the best thing about the buffet. The Compass coffee is very well brewed. The chicken sausage is too dry, and the bacon is not crispy enough. Pricey.

We have been going to Blue Duck Tavern for several Christmas Eve dinners. Service is very good and the food is also good but I have noticed that the menu has not changed almost as long as we have been going there, 5-6 years. Maybe change it up a little, but overall pretty good.

This was our first time to dine here. The service was excellent. Our waiter appeared throughout the meal at just the right time. The food was excellent. While the restaurant was full, the noise level was acceptable so that we could talk and hear easily.

We arrived early and had a couple cocktails at the bar. Michael went above and beyond in taking care of us. There was a slight backup with checking in and getting folks seated, so Michael walked us to our table, got us seated, and did a handoff with our waiter. Great service continued through dinner. Food was great and you did amazing accommodating the vegan in our party. Great Xmas Eve experience!
The duck and potato salad were absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy. We celebrated my Mom's birthday and not only did they bring out free dessert, they had the staff sign a menu with her name printed on it. It was so cute. 100 percent would go back again.

I'm shocked about the amount of food this place waste. I would have thought that was not happening nowadays, it is not happening in the best restaurants and hotels. I was staying at the hotel, I didn't finish my meal so, when I ask them to reheat it for me the day after (just because I don't think is sustainable to throw food) they ask me to sign a waiver and wanted to charge me another 20 usd. It's insane having so many people starving on the world and worldwide hotel brand not updating their sustainability policies.
