What an amazing dinner. Dick and chicken weee good but the mushroom pasta and desert were amazing. Beautiful location and great wine selection. Expensive but worth a try!

I had a great dinner here. I liked the cocktails. The BDT fries were great. They were cut thick, and were crispy on the outside and soft inside. The duck was delicious and cooked well. The sauce that came with it went well with the duck. I also liked the ambiance of the restaurant. It had a modern, minimalistic vibe.

Great food and service. Location is beautiful and close to hotels and other landmarks. Menu is great, but not too many options for non-meat eaters

Fine furnishings and impeccably prepared food. Located in Park Hyatt, this restaurant could easily be stand alone location in DC. Locally sourced is the theme and open floor plan into kitchen. Probably one of best reubens I've had, top 3 easily.

Blue Duck is expensive but good. It’s worth it probably once a year on a special occasion. Ask to sit in the main dining space though and not the tiny sliver of room with the windows to the street. The main room ambiance is great!

Disappointed. Food not tasty at all. Poorly seasoned and flavored. Portion is too small. Price was too high and overvalued. Totally not worth it. Bad service, very hard to get the attention of our server. Server isn't very nice and patient. When we want to pay the bill, we asked if we can use Apple Pay, but his only response was "Apple pay was not working". Then he stood there staring at us with no apologies or other payment alternatives provided. Then there was awkward silence until we grab our card. Then when he brought back the check, he didn't thanked us or showed any courtesy. We went to grab Chick-fil-A right after we leave this restaurant, and it was so much better!!

Enjoyed a family-style meal while celebrating an event with friends and coworkers. The food was excellent and a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. Ooh, so good.

One of my favorite places of all time! The open kitchen, the ambiance and the food are all exceptional. One of the best in town.

Terrible! Extremely slow service. No one at the host to greet us upon entering at prime time lunch time, then put in the side area behind a pole we already felt tucked away and forgotten about. Ordered lunch that was a burger and salad and took 45 minutes to finally arrive. No apology. We said we needed to-go boxes and had to leave. They did comp the bill without asking, but told us to come back another time we had a little more time to sit. Unfortunately, we will not be back. There are too many great places around here.

The food was OK, but not incredible. Service was good and the ambiance was nice. I wish they had more options and waiters knowledgeable in wine pairing with the meals.

What a special evening. I've been a fan of Blue Duck Tavern for many years now - so much so that my wife has jokingly called it "Matt's birthday spot" - but I've never had an experience as lovely as I did last night. It felt like I was in that episode of The Bear where Cousin goes to the high-end restaurant to learn how to put on a show.As soon as we walked in the hosts greeted us and wished me a happy birthday, and then I noticed there was even a note printed on the menu! My martini was ice cold and well balanced, the bone marrow was so good even my wife was impressed (and that's saying something!), she loved her steak, the garlic potato puree and roasted squash were delightful, and the duck was sublime. I've said BDT's duck is one of my favorite meals on the planet, and they've somehow found a way to make it even better since my last visit a few years ago. We also loved the extra little panache of pouring the aged steak sauce straight from the barrel. We were so stuffed we couldn't even think of dessert, but BDT sent us home with a little chocolate treat to enjoy. What really blew me away, though, was at the end when our wait staffer brought out a menu that the whole team signed with Birthday wishes for me. It was such a special touch.
