Truth be told I wasn’t expecting much. But 1 it was expensive ( $75 for a small salmon platter a roll and a shrimp tempura)

2 Portions were fairly small ( I get it’s sushi but still)

3 The service like a game of broken phone I asked for forks I got straws instead they never brought either chopsticks or napkins for the table

Honestly I was here visiting from out of town but I won’t definitely recommend this to anyone

Quiet place with high quality fish, if not small portions. If you go in with that expectation, you’ll be duly pleased, not disappointed.

I’m usually really picky about where I eat sushi, but this place BLEW MY MIND!!! It’s the best sushi place in all of DC. My bf and I stumbled upon this place one day in Georgetown, and it quickly became our favorite spot during our time in DC!! The owners and staff members are so sweet and kind, the food is amazing, the upstairs area is so cute and pretty. Service is quick. 10/10 recommend!! This place was by far our favorite restaurant in Georgetown <3

This is the freshest sushi I've had in the DC area. Portion size seemed just right to me. Wish they had vegetable tempura on the menu, but they didn't so I got shrimp tempura. It was perfectly cooked. I ordered the volcano roll, & it was delicious.

The restaurant has seating upstairs. It's a small but airy & cute. I like that it has that hole in the wall feel. The employee who took my order was nice. The restroom upstairs is spacious & clean.

I walked in for a late lunch on a Wednesday. Not busy. I was the only dine in guest. Others had ordered takeaway or pick up.

I'm in the Georgetown area often & willl come back for their sushi.

It’s a very small place, but their sushi are some of the freshest and best sushi I’ve ever had, even better than some of the sushi in Japan. Price is on the expensive side but not unreasonable. I was expecting B-tier sushi given how the restaurant looks but instead I was given S-tier sushi from heaven. I will definitely come back before my internship ends.

Wow! Super fast to-go order and everything was amazing! Best shumai I’ve had outside of Japan :) And the tuna was very fresh.

I'm surprised this place was empty. My girlfriend and I came here and the food was really good, the place felt like a vibe, and I'd come back here in the future.

Chirashi wasn’t bad, but man the toro was terrible. Pricey and slightly below average sushi

The place was really quiet when we went, so we could actually talk. The food came out fast. The sushi was good, but the cream cheese in the California rolls kind of overpowered everything else.”

I used to love Bluefin for their great sushi and low prices but the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I put 3 stars but more of a 3.5, if that were an option. The food is pretty good, but kind of pricey for the portion sizes. A lot of the bad reviews mention the customer service and/or delivery payment system, can't comment on those. I did takeout.

Nothing mind blowing but pretty solid sushi.

Worst sushi I’ve ever had, and this place is overpriced for its quality. Also, why do you charge $18 for a $5 soju bottle? Was surprised to find the online price of the soju I ordered.
