Good customer service, clutch location right by the fed triangle metro stop

Americano took 20 minutes. Barista should notify customers of wait time. Wouldn't recommend.

I think this place is a scam because I never received my food and there is no phone number to call. NEVER order deliver to take away from her there is NO WAY to get your money back when they never give it to you. Shameful.

Edit: ordered a flat white and server just gave us hot milk.Extremely long wait for the non museum side, told us they would serve us but completely ignored us and kept serving other customers before us. Try a different place instead

Took insanely long to get served at the non-museum entrance, don’t waste your time and just go to another coffee shop nearby.

Started off my morning with an Ice Latte and their Sunshine Burrito. The coffee was good and the burrito was alright. The burrito was a bit heavy on the spinach, but still very good.

Despite the lack of availability on some items, the staff are so considerate and patient with you, they seem genuinely interested in ensuring you're satisfied with your meal.Their positive attitude offsets the shortcomings. (Especially the British one, Louisa!)

Giving a 1 because the service. The food was good except I have a sensitivity to chili (it makes my tongue swell and irritates my throat) and they put it in my food and wouldn't remake it. We didn't see breakfast sandwiches on the menu in person, so my husband asked if they had some - they said yes - "bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant." I picked them up and took a bite and it had something spicy on it, so I looked at the menu to make sure it wasn't chili (didn't see it on there) so I asked and they said "spicy siracha mayo" which I said I couldn't have but they wouldn't remake it because they said "it's on the menu" (which it is online - I checked after the fact, but we didn't order online and it is not on the menu in person and the online menu in person is broken). After I insisted that I couldn't have siracha, and asked them to re make it. They offered a new croissant but said they wouldn't remake it. They gave me a new croissant and said "most of it is off." I find this response unacceptable and super disappointing. My husband followed up since he's the one who ordered and they apologized to him for the confusion but didn't do anything to fix it. Food allergies and sensitivities are serious. If you tell someone you're serving them a "bacon, egg, and cheese croissant" - then do that. Don't add extra stuff on it without clarifying. And if you mess it up and someone tells you you can't have that ingredient, FIX IT. It's not that complicated. Very disappointed with this service. Bummer too because this place has the potential to be amazing.

Be careful with whatever you order here. I found I was charged more than the menu showed. And only after I questioned the prices, they told me the menu was wrong. This is a scam restaurant. Never come here.

As an Aussie craving a taste of food coffee, I was excited to try Bluestone Coffee for its Australian-inspired promise.Unfortunately, the bitter and almost undrinkable flat white fell well short. Despite a request for a remake, the second cup didn't improve. Sadly, it didn't surpass the standard of some other local options ie Starbucks.Disappointing, especially for those seeking good Australian style coffee abroad. I

National Children's Museum is so lucky to have this place attached to them. Healthy options. Great food, avocado toast, smoothy. Service was exceptional, so maybe they have new staff compared to prior reviews. Fun museum too! Lots of unique stuff.

Staff were amazing. Helped us with directions as well. The store is sort of hidden on the other side of the children's museum but worth the find.
