Disappointing. If you order just an egg on toast they charge you for bacon plus cheese as well. And the coffee was room temp -- come on, get the coffee right, you're a cafe, and brew a fresh pot if it's been sitting out all morning. And it was $19, which is just weird for an egg on toast and bad coffee. Other locations are better.

The service was exceptionally slow, leaving customers to handle all tasks themselves. The tables hadn't been cleared, drinks were served individually with a long wait time, and two customers received drinks that weren't what they ordered. Despite the lack of other customers, it took 35 minutes to receive all drinks. The smoothie tasted watered down, with cups filled mostly with ice and little liquid. Despite these issues, tipping was still expected.

Stopped in on a rainy day, it was somewhat crowded. The place seemed lacking in staff, lots of confusion about where to sit. Our drink orders were wrong initially, no apologies when we went up to the bar to ask them to fix our drinks. The whole room smelled kind of musty, I’ll chalk that up to the fact that it was raining. Overall, wouldn’t come back to this location.

We had an extremely rude server. She left us waiting about 20 minutes for our coffee and we stopped her to ask her where they were , her response was an attitudey“yes?!”. They make you order and tip at the table via a QR code, before you even have service so I couldn’t even reflect the bad service in the tip.My food was also cold and didn’t come with the bacon that should have been on the sandwich- I didn’t even end up telling the server about no bacon because she had been so rude to us. I am giving 2 stars since the iced coffee was actually okay, if it wasn’t for that id give a 1.

Ordered online and pick up Warm Chicken And Ancient Grains Bowl online and chicken taste was like MICROWAVE CHICKEN texture was definitely off! And maybe 3 tablespoons Grains..few veggies reminds me of CHIPOTLE! Definitely different portions than when I was dinning at the restaurant. DEFINITELY WILL NOT ORDER IT ONLINE!

The avocado smash is excellent. The server was super helpful when I couldn’t get the online ordering right. A great spot in the neighborhood.
Right off the bat, the customer service/care sucks. Sullen and borderline disrespectful. So far that was the guy at the behind the register 12:13 am 1/15/23 bearded jerk. The other servers were nice. Especially Douglas. Kudos to him. Food was average but came out cold. Egg dish but came out cold; they readily replaced and apologized. Ambience and furnishing/settings nice and breakfasty! Probably won't return. Cash register guy was that off-putting. How long does it take to figure out that the customer is the one who walks your wages in through the door?

I can't say enough about the fantastic service we got. The staff are always making jokes and laughing. My mom has allergies, so eating out is a pain but our server explained the ingredients made her an avocado toast that she could eat.

Tried here again after a bad experience and it seems like they have figured out service. I still had to use their app to order, but it seems like maybe someone heard my complaint, and the barista and the manager both checked on me and made me feel like they really cared. The server was very friendly and they even gave me a refill for the road.
