The afternoon, oh my God, takes more than fifty minutes for a glass of juice and a piece of salmon. He works breathlessly and gives you a bad look when you ask him why he is late. I hope these people are retrained because they are bad at service.

My friend and I went into this cute coffee shop last week right before it was closing( unbeknownst to us). Ron, the barista helped us out , served us great drinks, and then didn’t charge us. I highly recommend this coffee shop!

I ordered two drinks the other day that totaled $15. I later checked my account and was charged $19. This leads me to believe that an employee included a tip to my bill without my consent.

We found an Australian coffee shop where Benji and Rob went above and beyond—serving amazing drinks and surprising us with free Tim Tams. Their genuine kindness left such an impression that my stepdaughter said she hopes to be like them at her job someday.

Walking around downtown DC and happened upon this location 13tj & G street. The environment is eye catching and appealing to have a work lunch meeting. Benji and Rob were super helpful - telling me about the various offerings and as a result I’m locked in from now on. This will be one of my go-to lunch spots.
