2 Star - for being the first place that charges 1$ extra for an iced drink/coffee which technically has less liquid lol.Trash not taken out by the utensils sectionBurrito was pretty good

Always wanted to try out this place. Great interior, great service. I wish they closes bit later. Price is little high but my drinks were amazing.

The cappuccino is top-notch! I only go to two cafes and Bluestone at Metro Center is one of them. Thanks to Shay, Patrice, Abby and the rest of the crew for the drinks and welcoming atmosphere!

Atmosphere is bright and airy, lots of places to sit. Shay makes a delicious beverage!
Visited Bluestone Coffee in Washington DC for the second time. The first visit at the museum location left me with almost undrinkable coffee. Today, despite Google indicating they were open, this location was closed. Signs on the door indicate opening hours 7am-4pm. With two disappointing experiences, I won't be returning to this coffee company.

I remember being so excited for this location to open. Now years later, I'm glad it's still around! The decor and location are great and I love a great golden latte! When they were super new, I would go during the morning rush. They handled the volume mostly well, though there was a wait. Fast forward to now, I go whenever I'd like a nice beverage break. Ordering and paying is now by kiosk but you can still make selections (i.e. Milk choice). On my most recent visit, it wasn't busy and was a fairly efficient experience. A good spot for solo coffee breaks, a meeting, or a nice catch up with friends (small seating area). Check it out!

Have yet to have a good coffee here! Ordered a mocha this morning and it was burnt-tasting and unsweet - last time I went I had an awful dirty chai latte as well. Food is good, however - their croissant bacon egg and cheese never misses.

I really appreciate the convenience of this Bluestone Lane to the Metro Center station. The drinks are fairly consistent in quality, and the location is clean and brightly lit. However, the drinks are incredibly expensive. My go to chai with oat milk is over 7 dollars after tax, and a large size is only 16 oz (a medium is 12). Additionally, I have had to consistently wait 15-20 minutes for my beverage, although there are only a few other people in cue. I think they are quite understaffed, but waiting that long for one latte is a little extreme, especially because their entire ordering system is electronic and no one has to man the register. I hope this location improves their efficiency, because I do like coming here and could better justify the cost if the customer service was a bit better.
