Beyond low customer service; disrespectful, overcharged, and deceitful.

12/15/24 at 0845, young man working the cash register showed below acceptable customer service. Was rude, unprofessional and then charges us $10 more than we ordered. Even when called out he refused to acknowledge his mistakes. Asked for a manger and he walked away. Had to ask again. The cook came out and fixed the bill. No apologies. Had to be asked twice our coffee and he literally walked away from the desk when confronted about his issues. Never seen anything like this. Suggest you go elsewhere.

I'm from out of town staying at the Darcy and went to go get hot chocolate and coffee for the morning ! The hot chocolate tastes like water, So I went to go exchange it. They said I could exchange it for a coffee, but yet they charged me.♡♡♡ make it make sense

Chai Latte was disappointing. It's mostly just sweet hot milk, no tea flavor.
Also, the InKind integration is poorly done and not user-friendly.

Service was amazing, very friendly. Got the breakfast burrito substituted cheddar for feta and it was delicious! I’m not a fan of greasy food and this was just fresh spinach, scrambled eggs, feta and avocado. I also got a dirty chai- they make their vanilla stroll in house!

I am staying at the Darcy Hotel. I wanted some breakfast, so I decided to grab a meal at this location due to its convenience. The young man who took my order was very pleasant, as well as the young lady making the coffee. The place is clean and well-organized. I ordered the protein pack bowl. When I read the ingredients, I thought it would be delicious—a poached egg, smoked salmon, tomatoes, feta cheese, spinach, and avocados.

However, the execution was horrible!!! The smoked salmon was gross, and the avocado tasted acidic, like it was prepackaged and not fresh at all. The best thing on the plate was the poached egg. When I spoke to the person in charge of making my meal, she was super rude and nasty. She said, "You want a refund?" and I said, "No, I want you to take your job seriously and serve quality food."

I wouldn’t ever go back for a meal there. I might go for coffee, but that's it. It’s a shame because this place has potential. They need a cook who cares about the quality of food being served to paying customers.
