This place is no longer open in Union. Completely gone from the building

Delicious and reasonably fast. Usually not too much of a line on weekdays and in the mornings. Probably one of the better food options on the first floor of the station. I’ve tried the platters for lunch and the biscuit chicken sandwiches for breakfast and they’re both awesome. In the office we used to joke this was the best food an unpaid intern could buy!

We love chicken and biscuits. However this place was a huge disappointment. The chicken and biscuits were cold and soggy. Poor service meno andsmiles ssyand no thank yous. No matter where we went. Tables were dirty and the restrooms were duscusting so way to end a family day of fun..

What kind of fast-food joint takes political sides?

Fully staffed and courteous. Live these guys. Great for delivery pick ups with all companies. Awesome.

I love some good ole South Hospitality food and this spot always delivers

Fried food will kill you, but if you are going to eat it this place offers crunchy, spicy fried chicken. I occasionally get a fix here.

I much prefer Popeyes, but the chicken is of supreme quality!! The tea was.... interesting, but to each their own, I guess!

This place was awful. It took them 25 minutes to get my chicken tenders, then I had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my BBQ sauce that they forgot with my order and my drink was not even the drink I asked for. They screamed all in the kitchen at each other laughing and goofing off too. Never eat here, I'd rather go to McDonald's and that says a lot.

As a native North Carolinian living in Texas, I was so excited about visiting the Union Station Bojangles during my visit to our Nation's Capital this week. This has to be the absolute worst Bojangles I have ever visited in my life. The service was exceptional, but the food was terrible. I ordered 2 cajun filet egg and cheese biscuits-my favorite and fries. The biscuits were brittle and dry. The egg was room temperature and the cheese did not melt. It was a disaster! The fries were overcooked, dark brown, and hard like pretzels. It was terrible. I would not suggest anyone eating here ever!
