I was looking at the reviews for this location and was a little bit worried after I made the order. But I must say that the DoorDash order was ahead of schedule and the food quality was good as well. I had to leave a review because I feel like this location may get a lot of slack for previous service that may have been inadequate.

I ordered from Uber. Chicken could have cooked longer. Thua was my first and last time eating there.

No one answered the phone when there was an issue with the order

Update (09/16): I emailed the below email address on 08/19 and never heard back.

Quality of food was POOR.. Under cooked. No sauce on chicken. A waste of funds.

Not like real bonchon. Ordered through Uber eats. The food quality is terrible.

Chicken had no seasoning, flavor at all, just the taste of cheap oil, not even a simple brine?!

Everything was way too sweet, is the chef diabetic?

Funny thing is the only thing that should be somewhat sweet, the pickled radish had no flavor towards the bottom of the ramekin.

PS - I can't believe I'm saying this but I would have been more satisfied with Popeyes 😆

It was horrible! The chicken was delivered with radish water spilled all over it, making the chicken soggy. On top of that, the radish pieces were tiny—each one was barely a third the size of my pinky and too small to eat properly. The yangnyeom sauce was smeared all over the plain fried chicken, ruining the flavor I actually ordered. I was so disappointed and will never order from here again. We tried to call the restaurant right after receiving the order, but no one answered—even though they were still open! Do not go here. I truly hope no one else has the same experience I did.

Ordered soy garlic wings via DoorDash. There was no soy garlic sauce on them. After looking at the reviews, I see this is a recurring issue. Fries were old & gross. Soda was bussed in the bag : /

Fake location if you try to order online. It doesn’t exist and if you try to call, no one answers. Defrauding people since you can’t pick up you food nor can you contact anyone to figure out what’s going on.

My wife placed an order for wings with order number #A1D16. The driver sent us a picture showing the package at our door, but we cannot find it. I went outside immediately after receiving the notification that the order had arrived, but the food was nowhere to be found. This situation is very disappointing and unacceptable.

disappointing experience. Ordered Seoul Sampler, and they managed to package everything EXCEPT THE WINGS. How do you forget the item you're most known for? What a ripoff, couldn't get a refund from Uber and they don't answer the phone either.

update; restaurant responded and told me to call. but the store literally does not answer the phone, I've tried plenty of times.
