We had a wonderful restaurant week menu experience! It was an adventure of flavors from the salty white anchovies to the tangy Manchego to the sweet and savory Valdeon filled bacon wrapped dates. The iberico pork dish was sensational and the salmon was cooked to perfection with the most amazing crispy skin. The meal was topped off with the best churros. We will definitely return to sample the regular menu!

Boqueria Penn Quarter is a fun, energetic spot with consistently solid food. The tapas are great for sharing — the patatas bravas were crispy with just the right amount of spice, the jamón was excellent, and the grilled seafood was fresh and well seasoned. Paella was flavorful and satisfying without being heavy. Service was attentive without hovering, and the atmosphere makes it an easy choice for a casual dinner or a night out with friends. The food, ambiance, experience, and service are the best I've had in such a long time! There's something really unique and special about Boqueria. My mom, sister, and I were in DC for 2 days, and decided to eat here both days. High quality amazing tasting food. We had amazing service from the servers, especially Jeremy.
