I cannot recommend Bottles Wine Garden enough! This is a women-owned establishment with some very interesting, exquisite, and reasonably-priced wines. We tried an Australian white and a French Syrah blend that were some of the best that my friends and I (regular wine consumers) have tried in DC. Furthermore, the customer service at this place was incredible. Erika, our sommelier, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and Stephanie took such good care of us! The place is small but cozy, with a lovely garden for outdoor seating, the perfect environment for an intimate gathering with friends and loved ones. We tried several small plates and all were tasty - the fig and burrata flatbread and charcuterie were especially delicious. Will return for the customer service alone!

Tucked away in the courtyard of a hotel lobby this wine garden offers a small oasis in the heart of a busy transit and traffic area. The atmosphere screams Insta-fodder but seating is relatively limited between the indoor and outdoor spaces. We were suggested a dry rosé that was overpriced compared to St Vincent but not horrendously priced when split. All in all I'd be fine coming back here but didn't find it particularly special or worth planning to return to on my own.

Friendly and intimate space in a hotel with friendly staff. They have a nice outdoor space, while the inside can get a little loud at times. The menu is short but unique; you'll find grapes and vineyards on here that you won't find elsewhere, but that can be both good and bad, so take it with a grain of salt.

I hosted Galentines day at Bottles this past weekend and I can not even tell you how positive of an experience we had! We had the whole space for 3 hours with about 50-65 people attend. Not only did they let us hang up decorations for Galentines day, they let us choose the music, bring table decorations and have everyone order on their own tab. They were so accommodating, let us come and set up early, and the space was ADORABLE. I can not WAIT to come back for all future events ??❣️? thank you so much for letting us host our event here!

Great wine selection by the bottle with limited options by the glass. Great food and wonderful staff. Great setting, but the acoustics made conversations impossible.

I can’t say enough good things about Bottles! The space, the staff, the wine program! I visited their patio over the past summer and enjoyed the large and beautifully appointed space both inside and out. I also just hosted a birthday gathering here and again, can’t say enough great things about how amazing they were with a large group. We had the best time! Even though we were outside on a chilly November night, they had plenty of heaters and large very upscale fire places to keep us all warm. And of course some excellent wine. Angie was so easy to work with to set up our reservation and once we arrived Steph and her bartending counterpart delivered charismatic and interesting guidance on wine selections. We all learned something new from them! At one point we ordered a bottle of champagne that was newly in stock and they went down to the cellar to retrieve it and then chilled it with a timer so it was the perfect temperature for us to enjoy. Everyone loved the chic interior, hidden away inside the Placemakr building. Our group also enjoyed several of the flatbreads and other snacks - they were delicious, and served to our hungry tables very quickly. It’s a lovely but welcoming place, clearly with much thought and passion behind it. We didn’t want to leave and are looking forward to our next visit!

Nice atmosphere.Didn’t love the wine options, or maybe I just didn’t like the rose I ordered, but at least it has wine from all over the world. The food was adequate for the purposes, supporting the liver while indulging. You have to order at the bar and bring it back to your seat.I’d go back.

Unique wines and great small bites! Really nice ambiance both inside and out. Casual, order at the bar. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
