Miserable experience. Atmosphere was unkempt and uninviting. Person behind counter was disinterested and bored. Poured me a drip coffee. I asked for cream and she pointed behind me to a counter covered with used napkins and empty sugar packets. Nothing but skim milk on the counter. I inquired (again) for cream and she ignored me. Coffee was lukewarm and undrinkable anyway so I poured it out and went home.

The coffee here was disappointing. I ordered an iced latte with almond milk. The espresso taste was not there and it tasted like a watered down iced coffee. The almond milk was funky too. Waste of $6. I want to support local coffee shops, but this was so terrible I had to throw it away!

this place has the right idea - and maybe the other locations are better managed. But holy jesus are they disorganized. And frozen baked goods ? Seriously ? Would save a lot of time and money - and support local business - just contracting with a local baker

I ordered a large Frappuccino.I live about a half a mile away from the store on Wisconsin Ave NW DC.I drove home, took me less than 6 minutes.In that time, what had looked like a full cup turned out to be largely foam.I in effect I had about 1/3 of the cup filled with Frappuccino.I could not recommend them, nor would they ever have my business again.Herb
