BOURBON STEAK

Our first visit. Terrible value. Incredibly expensive for very average food and experience. We had steaks and lamb, nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about. The bright spots were a very accommodating bar staff, and the beet salad was excellent.

Sandy our server was amazing!!! She was friendly and warm with attention to detail like nothing I ever seen. Amazing first time experience. Hats off to the chef too the best food I ever tasted.

They know what they're doing. Basically and extension of the Four Seasons hospitality and service.

Excellent restaurant, the food is very tasty, the service on point. Nice beverage assortment. Excellent bar scene with outdoor fireplaces and seating. When in DC or Georgetown it's a must go.

The food, as always, was delicious, but the best part was the reception we received from staff. Everyone was super-friendly and a special shout out to our server, Sandy, who was fun, knowledgeable and helpful. It really made the evening extra special.

We very much anticipated this dinner and had high expectations. As usual, Bourbon did not let us down, from the service to the food, everything was perfect. It is our go-to splurge when we come to DC, and it never disappoints. Bravo (again and again). Thank you to the team.

Love this restaurant. Always enjoy celebrating our son's birthday here every year since he's been at college. Service is always great. My salmon was good but very oily. The steak was amazing. My roll was very hard which I thought was odd. Love the octopus and spinach.

For my boyfriend's birthday, we celebrated with a romantic dinner at Bourbon Steak in the Four Seasons Hotel, DC, and it was an unforgettable experience.
We opted for valet parking ($30 for 2 hours), which made our arrival easier.
Our server, Muz, was exceptional--attentive, warm, and spot-on with recommendations for starters and drinks, especially since it was our first visit.
We chose the bone in cowboy steak, which was perfectly crusted and cooked to perfection. The bacon-infused creamed corn and Brussels sprouts were perfect sides, rich yet balanced. For a sweet touch, the staff surprised my boyfriend with a light raspberry sorbet cone and a signed birthday card from the entire team, making the night extra special.
Bourbon Steak delivered a flawless blend of luxury, flavor, and heartfelt service. Highly recommend for a memorable celebration!

Mark and the whole waitstaff were wonderful! They made me and my fiancée feel so special and celebrated for our anniversary. The food was outstanding and looking forward to going again!

Located inside four seasons, the food was great, steak cooked perfectly and good range of sides.
The atmosphere was good, albeit slightly loud.

Service was impeccable, and the food was juicy and tender. This was the perfect place for flour first date night after my husbands accident. We were even able to have a nice convo with their wine sommelier!
